Icons 1 and 5 are of fashion models (unfortunately, I don’t remember either of their names right now). The 2nd icon is of actress Elizabeth Taylor. The others are illustrations from book covers — icon 3 is from some random fashion art book and icon 4 is from “A Little Princess”.
