A little something form your mod

Hi everyone!

This community started with the three of us - gallaghers, theladymorgan and me. Now it's just theladymorgan and me, and we're really trying to post new content every week still, for all the people who want to post their icons. But we're just human, so we are prone to making mystakes, and also we have lives (sometimes very busy ones) outside of livejournal. So please be patient with us when we're late with posting or when we make mistakes, and we'll try to keep up more with everything, and pay attention to what is going on here.

Also to help us a little, please remember about properly tagging your entries - user: xxx, challenge xxx - it's not much work for you, but keeps everything neat, and easier.

Thanks for being with us for so long, and let's make some colorful icons in the future :)

Hi there. I don't really participate here except for voting but if you need ideas for color combinations, I could try to help. I have a couple of books about interior design and decoration and they have ready-made color palettes that you might like. If this is something you would find helpful, let me know.

Appreciate all the work you guys do to keep this comm and others running. It's tough being a mod, let alone being a mod in the middle of a global pandemic while trying to work/study/generally get by. Although I don't participate here or in many places that often I know how much work you guys put in, often way underappreciated, and I want to say a massive thank you xx

As someone who quit modding years ago but remembers how much work it was, and how stressful it could sometimes be, I have a ton of appreciation for those of you who keep the icon community alive by investing your time and energy in communities, so that the rest of us can keep popping by and making icons.
